Apparel Group India is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support daily online business operations. The candidate will assist with order processing, inventory tracking, marketplace coordination, logistics, and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and tracking online orders.
- Support order fulfilment, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for timely order delivery.
- Help monitor inventory availability and update stock records.
- Maintain daily operational reports and trackers.
- Use MS Excel to update and analyze operational data.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies and delivery-related issues.
- Support the team in improving operational processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates pursuing/completing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in e-commerce, online retail, and marketplace operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
