Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales platforms, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns.
- Update product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.
- Monitor online orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily reports.
- Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues.




- Maintain accurate product and order records.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce platforms.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, or other online marketplaces is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
