About Us

Kalakriti is a 35-year-old ceramic and glassware business serving retail, hospitality, B2B, and e-commerce customers. We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to support our existing e-commerce team and manage marketplace operations, product listings, and documentation.

The role will primarily focus on Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces, with additional support for Amazon operations and Shopify product listings.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the existing E-commerce Executive in daily operations and coordination.
- Manage marketplace operations on Flipkart, Meesho, and other online platforms.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and variations.
- Handle bulk catalogue uploads, listing corrections, and product information updates.
- Create and update Amazon A+ Content and enhanced product content on other platforms where available.
- Support Amazon catalogue maintenance, listing updates, and operational requirements.
- Create and maintain Shopify product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory information.
- Monitor orders, inventory, dispatches, returns, and refunds, coordinating with internal teams for timely processing.
- Identify and resolve catalogue errors,



suppressed listings, and marketplace issues through seller support.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, order records, dispatch documents, and other e-commerce documentation.
- Maintain Excel reports covering sales, orders, inventory, returns, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment records, marketplace settlements, and reconciliation support.
- Coordinate with creative and warehouse teams for product content, stock availability, and dispatch requirements.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Strong practical knowledge of Flipkart and Meesho seller panels, catalogue management, and listing processes.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and A+ Content creation and updates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in homeware, kitchenware, home décor, or related categories is preferred.

Salary: 18k-22k and depends on experience and skills.
