R&R;:

- Build industryaligned offerings across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Operations

- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and margin targets for the F&O; practice

- Identify and incubate new offerings including AIenabled Finance &
- Supply Chain use cases, ERPadjacent CX, and analytics

- Provide overall delivery governance for D365 F&O; implementation, upgrade, migration, and AMS programs

- Oversee global rollouts, multilegalentity deployments, and localization strategies

- Partner with Sales and PreSales teams to shape large D365 F&O; deals, including solutioning, estimates, and proposals

- Lead Microsoft cosell motions, joint GTM initiatives, and industry campaigns

- Build strong relationships with Microsoft product teams, CSA, FastTrack, and Partner Development Managers

- Represent the practice in client CXO conversations, deal reviews, and roadmap discussions
