Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience in drone building, assembly, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Drone piloting experience is mandatory, preferably in Stabilize mode, along with FPV drone flying experience.
- Knowledge of flight controllers, motors, ESCs, sensors, telemetry, and power systems.
- Experience with flight controller configuration, calibration, and tuning using Mission Planner/QGroundControl.

Added Advantages

- Knowledge and practical expertise in embedded systems.
- Experience integrating sensors, cameras, and other onboard hardware.
- PCB design, soldering, and electronic circuit debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot drone platforms.
- Conduct flight trials and support performance improvements.
- Support R&D;, manufacturing, demonstrations, and technical training.
- Maintain assembly, testing, and flight documentation.
