We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Technical / Program Manager with a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies to lead our engineering efforts. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You will be responsible for end-to-end program management, driving software design, and managing client communications.
Additionally, you will orchestrate delivery by closely coordinating with Developers, QA, BAs, and Business teams to build high-performance, multi-tenant solutions.

- At least 3 years of experience in Technical Manager / Program Manager role.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ASP.net, VB.net, C#, SQL Server, MVC and Strong knowledge in OOPs
- Managing a team of 10-15 technical people and experience in providing help with technical solutioning.
- Create the effort estimation for current Change request.
- Design software systems with various Microsoft technologies and ensure compliance to all architecture requirements.
- Hands-on experience in VB.net / C#, SQL Server development and debugging skills
- Have experience on ASP.NET MVC, XML, Soap, WCF & Web services
- Hands on experience with SOAP APIs / REST API and Design patterns
- SSIS development skills are an added advantage
- Understanding of Angular, Node or React is an added advantage.
- Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical skills & Excellent communication skills.
- Should be dynamic, open to learn new technologies and should have "Can do" positive attitude.
- Experience in developing solutions for various components, Multi-tenant model and managed bigger size data volumes
