JOB SUMMARY
Catalyst Education is looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Door-to-Door Sales Executives to promote our educational programs and generate new admission opportunities across Calicut.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, enjoy interacting with people and be willing to work in field sales. Freshers with a passion for sales and business development are welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit residential areas, shops, institutions and assigned locations to promote educational programs.
- Identify prospective students and potential customers.
- Explain courses, training programs and career development opportunities offered by Catalyst Education.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into admissions.
- Interact with students and parents to understand their educational needs.
- Conduct field marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and the sales team to close admissions.
- Identify new opportunities within assigned localities.
- Submit daily field activity reports and sales updates.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- SSLC / Plus Two / Degree; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good Malayalam communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas of Calicut.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field travel.
