Location: Kadi, Gujarat

1️ Domestic Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

- Handle domestic sales activities and coordinate with customers across India.
- Generate leads and follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending payments.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in domestic sales or sales coordination.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales documentation.
- Food or FMCG industry experience will be preferred.

2️ Export Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in export marketing and coordinate with international customers.
- Identify potential overseas buyers, importers, and distributors.




- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on export orders.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely shipments.
- Assist with export documentation and shipping paperwork.
- Maintain export sales records and customer databases.
- Support international business development activities.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in export marketing or export sales coordination.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Food or FMCG industry experience will be preferred.
