- Source candidates for domestic IT and Non-IT requirements.

- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.

- Search for candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and alternative sourcing methods.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and check experience, salary expectations, and availability.

- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.

- Manage multiple job requirements and maintain candidate databases.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Freshers interested in recruitment can apply.

- Candidates with recruitment internship experience will be considered.

- Must currently reside in Pune.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
