We are hiring for Documentation and Operations – Senior Executive for Freight Forwarding

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5-7 years

Salary: Upto 7 Lakhs Per Annum

# Handle end-to-end ocean export/import operations and documentation.

# Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and customs checklists.

# Manage import documentation, shipment coordination, and operational activities.

# Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customers, CHA, transporters, and internal teams.

# Handle customs documentation, filing, and compliance requirements for import and export shipments.

# Manage AMS, ISF, ENS, and RCG filings as applicable to the shipment and destination.





# Track shipment movements and provide timely updates to customers and overseas partners.

# Prepare freight quotations and assist with customer service and rate coordination.

# Follow up on pending documents, shipment clearances, and delivery schedules.

# Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to company SOPs and international shipping procedures.

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
