We are looking for a Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring timely movement of materials, proper inventory control, and smooth coordination with internal teams, transporters, and vendors. Will have to travel to Mumbai,Pune,Hyderabad & Bangalore locations (Rarely)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily warehouse, dispatch, loading and unloading operations.

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.

- Ensure accurate stock,



inventory and material reconciliation.

- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.

- Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans and MIS reports.

- Ensure proper packing, labelling and handling of materials.

- Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other teams for dispatch requirements.

- Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies.

- Supervise warehouse/dispatch staff and allocate daily work.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse processes.
