Coordinate with courier services, transporters, and delivery partners. Prepare invoices, dispatch challans, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and delivery tracking details. Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and accounts departments. Supervise and manage the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and safe handling of products. Monitor pending orders, delivery status, and returned shipments. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and efficiency within the team.





Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations. Good team management and leadership skills.
