Develop, maintain, and regularly review disaster recovery plans and procedures. Monitor DR infrastructure and ensure the readiness and availability of backup systems. Conduct regular disaster recovery drills and document the results.
Coordinate and lead recovery efforts during outages or disaster situations. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and organizational policies. Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to strengthen IT resilience and business continuity.
Monitor and support backup and recovery solutions, replication technologies, and high-availability systems. Support cloud-based disaster recovery environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
4–6 years of experience in Disaster Recovery or IT Infrastructure Operations. Strong knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
Experience with replication technologies and high-availability systems. Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of cloud-based DR solutions such as Azure Site Recovery, AWS DR, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and business continuity frameworks. Good understanding of DR planning, testing, recovery procedures, and documentation. Robust coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
