The Role

We are looking for a Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Lead to drive our enterprise Learning & Development (L&D;) business.

This is a high-ownership, revenue-focused role for someone who understands the corporate training ecosystem, has strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers, and can build partnerships from initial conversations to large-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with enterprises across BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, and other industries.

Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of L&D;, HR leaders, Sales Enablement Heads, and business unit leaders.

Position SkillBytes as a solution for employee onboarding, product training, compliance, frontline workforce enablement, and continuous upskilling.

Own the complete partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and solution discussions to pilots, commercial negotiations, and enterprise rollouts.





Develop partnerships with corporate training providers, HR consulting firms, and L&D; ecosystem players to create scalable distribution channels.

Collaborate with product and content teams to develop tailored enterprise learning solutions.

Build and manage a strong pipeline with clear revenue and partnership targets.

Who We’re Looking For

6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in Corporate L&D;, HRTech, EdTech, or Enterprise SaaS.

Existing relationships with senior HR, L&D;, or business leaders across medium and large enterprises.

Demonstrated success in acquiring enterprise clients and closing B2B partnerships.

Solid understanding of corporate training needs, procurement cycles, and stakeholder management.

Ability to independently drive opportunities from discovery to commercial closure.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business vertical.
