Director (R&D;) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and ManagingDirector of BEL. He/she is responsible to Iay down the R&D; policy of the Company, drive itscompliance and to formulate the strategy for development of components, modules, sub-systems,equipment, systems and systems of systems to maintain the Company's position as a leader in the Aerospace, Defence and Civilian Electronics market and promoting indigenisation under Atma Nirbhar Scheme of the Government.
