Position: Dipping Supervisor

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical, Textiles, Mechanical, or Petrochemical Engineering

Experience: 4 to 10 years

Remarks: Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred

Key Skills and Accountabilities

- Solid interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- A technical mindset with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills to resolve abnormalities in Dipping, along with mathematical skills for Production Planning and Execution.
- Carry out process parameter changes during style or customer changes.
- Ensure process conditions strictly adhere to QCPC.
- Organize manpower and resources to run the machines smoothly.
- Maintain accurate production and process records.
- Attend to machine breakdowns in coordination with service departments.
- Execute scheduled activities according to the production plan.
