Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage online marketing activities, generate quality property leads, improve brand visibility, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial property sales.
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
- Create and coordinate property-related creatives, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities,



and campaign effectiveness.
- Optimise advertising budgets to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead-generation targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and lead conversion rate.
- Advertising campaign performance and ROAS.
- Website traffic and social media engagement.
- Timely execution of campaigns and marketing reports.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
