Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Hyderabad.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation for Modcon’s real estate projects.

Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions in a professional manner. The role involves tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing performance reports,



and recommending data-driven improvements. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including tracking key metrics, interpreting data, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, with the ability to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in real estate or property development marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
