Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using analytics tools to track engagement and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with the studio team on promotional videos and podcasts, coordinating online promotions for clients,



and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, requiring close coordination with internal teams and clients to deliver effective digital strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills to optimize performance and interpret data-driven insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), basic SEO concepts, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Ability to create and adapt content for different digital formats, including video, graphics, and copy, is preferred.
- Experience working in a media agency or with brands in FMCG, healthcare, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in office.
