We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Technical Lead who sits at the meeting point of marketing and technology. You will run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms, drive SEO and AI-search research, and build practical AI tools, including fine-tuned LLMs, for marketing and sales.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CPL, cost per site visit, and lead quality.

Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and offline conversion uploads from CRM.

Run structured A/B tests on creatives,



audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Coordinate with agencies and property portals on execution and lead quality.

SEO, AI Search & Research:

AI & LLM Development:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

58 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with robust expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

Solid technical SEO skills and familiarity with AI-search optimisation.
