- Manage and update product listings on our WordPress/WooCommerce website, including titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock
- Write SEO-friendly product descriptions, category content, and meta titles/descriptions using the Rank Math plugin
- Do keyword research and write 2 blog posts per week (buying guides, brand comparisons, how-to articles) based on briefs provided
- Plan and post content on Instagram and Facebook (posts, reels, and stories) showcasing products, installation tips, and home upgrade ideas
- Create social media graphics, product banners, and short reel videos using Canva
- Assist in running and monitoring Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns within a set budget
- Manage WhatsApp Business broadcasts and catalogue for offers, recent arrivals, and customer follow-ups
- Keep product listings on Google Merchant Center accurate and resolve disapproved products
- Track website traffic, ad results, and social media performance, and share a simple weekly report
- Research competitor websites and social media pages for pricing, products, and content ideas
