Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Executive

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website indexing, crawling, broken links, redirect, and duplicate content issues.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings, image alt tags, internal links, and XML sitemaps.
- Monitor and improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, user experience, and search engine rankings.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing campaigns, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and advertising budgets.
- Track campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager for accurate performance tracking.
- Create and manage SEO-friendly content, product descriptions, landing pages, blogs, promotional banners, and website updates.
- Identify website errors, broken functionalities, checkout issues, and technical problems,



coordinating with developers for resolution.
- Use basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to identify website formatting issues and support tracking implementation.
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, post scheduling, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, customer segmentation, and automated promotional workflows.
- Optimize product pages, category pages, website navigation, and landing pages to improve organic visibility and online sales.
- Work with Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and e-commerce advertising integrations, wherever applicable.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion funnels, campaign attribution, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor Google Business Profiles and implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility across business locations.
- Research emerging digital marketing trends, customer preferences, competitor strategies, and current promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design, video editing, e-commerce, and website development teams to execute marketing activities.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festival, product launch, and promotional campaigns targeting customers in the USA.
- Maintain digital marketing calendars, campaign documentation, advertising records, and regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

- 1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and website analytics.

- 1. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.

- 1. Demonstrate strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
