About the Role

Grin Technologies is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and lead generation. The ideal candidate should understand how to create, manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate quality leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Run lead-generation campaigns using Meta Instant Forms and other suitable conversion methods.
- Research and target relevant audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM and lead quality.
- Test different creatives, ad copy and audience segments to improve results.
- Manage campaign budgets and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to improve creatives and lead quality.
- Support social media marketing, product/service promotion and basic SEO activities.

Required Skills
- 6 months–1 year of practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.




- Hands-on experience setting up or managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of campaign performance metrics and reporting.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have personally managed lead-generation campaigns and can explain their campaign objectives, targeting strategy, budget and results will be preferred.
