Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Associate to manage and execute digital marketing activities that strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Instagram, to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop content strategies and create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of social media posts, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
- Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and optimise website content to improve search visibility.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
- Manage digital outreach initiatives to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Research target audiences, industry trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic, and other key marketing metrics.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements based on data.
- Collaborate with business development and other teams to support lead generation and marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing communications.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools,



and best practices.
- Support the promotion of SPARK+ products, services, events, webinars, and other initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, audience engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.

Requirements
- A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital campaign execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content suited to different digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Strong research, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, learning, and taking ownership of tasks.
- Prior internship or professional experience in digital marketing is preferred.
- Interest in technology, AI, Web3, blockchain, and digital products is an advantage.
- Must be available for full-time work and able to commit to the responsibilities of the role.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
