About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and creative design, with the ability to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and other digital channels.

Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

Have good knowledge and experience in using Meta, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn platforms.

Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, campaigns, promotions, and brand communication.

Understand the target market and target the right profile.

Plan and develop content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Create and coordinate content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.

Work on brand communication and ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging.

Monitor digital marketing campaigns and track key performance metrics.

Analyse social media performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.





Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, social media trends, and creative formats.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand marketing requirements and deliver creative solutions within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Creative Content.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.

Good creative and visual design skills.

Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video editing tools.

Strong content writing and communication skills.

Ability to create engaging social media creatives and short-form video content.

Valuable understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics.

Preferred

Knowledge of paid social media advertising and digital campaign management.

Experience in creating reels, motion graphics, and short-form video content.
