We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep familiarity with digital marketing channels, and hands-on experience with modern analytics and tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads).
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve user acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Dashboard Management: Maintain, configure, and improve marketing dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns to continuously optimize performance.
- ROI & Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing spend, allocate budgets efficiently, and measure overall return on investment (ROI) across various channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design,



and paid media teams to align marketing goals with performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar data-focused marketing role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (Data Studio),Excel/Google Sheets and Ai Tools like higgsfield.
- Advertising Platforms: Familiarity with managing and tracking campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to interpret trends, spot anomalies, and present clear, concise data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
