We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our digital presence, enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement and increase footfall and revenue across our restaurant brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple restaurant brands.
- Social Media Management: Oversee Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand communication and audience engagement.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Drive reservations, event and banquet enquiries, party bookings, customer acquisition and repeat visits through digital campaigns.
- Content & Campaign Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, promotional campaigns, festive offers, restaurant launches and brand-building initiatives.
- Performance Marketing: Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, optimise advertising spend and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Website & SEO: Oversee website performance, search engine optimisation, local SEO,



Google Business Profiles and online discoverability of restaurant outlets.
- Influencer & Agency Management: Coordinate with food influencers, content creators, photographers, videographers and external marketing agencies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, engagement, conversions, reservations, cost per lead and campaign ROI; prepare regular performance reports.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding, messaging and digital communication across all restaurant concepts.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with operations, design, business development and restaurant teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, F&B;, hotels or lifestyle brands.
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, SEO and campaign analytics.
- Experience handling multiple brands, outlets or business locations.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, local marketing and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, creative teams and marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
- Ability to demonstrate measurable results through previous campaigns and performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with proven experience in restaurant chains, premium dining, hospitality or food and beverage brands will be preferred.
- Should be strategic, creative, analytical and commercially focused.
- Must be capable of independently managing digital marketing activities and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
