Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT qualified to manage and enhance corporate websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and portals. The role involves end-to-end application project management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, digital transformation, and ensuring effective application support and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage corporate websites, mobile applications, portals, and digital experience solutions.
- Lead application enhancements, new feature development, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors for implementation.
- Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing, deployment, release management, and ongoing application support.
- Oversee CMS platforms, application incidents, change requests, SLAs, and performance monitoring.
- Drive process standardisation, digital adoption, and continuous improvement across business functions.
- Ensure compliance with digital governance,



cybersecurity, and application support standards.

Education & Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in IT, Digital Applications, Digital Transformation, or related domains.
- Proven experience managing websites, mobile applications, portals, or enterprise digital platforms.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications, application development coordination, and end-to-end implementation.
- Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
- Willingness to travel globally as required.
