Role Description The Digital Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives that support business development goals. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing digital strategies that improve efficiency, visibility, and customer engagement.

The role involves consulting with micro, small, and medium enterprises, preparing recommendations and implementation plans, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital solutions.

Consultant will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest ongoing improvements to ensure that digital initiatives contribute to sustained client growth.

Qualifications

- Robust Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in Digital Transformation and Digital Strategy to design and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to collaborate with clients and present recommendations clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms for digital marketing, CRM, and business process optimization is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
