Role Objective:

Responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities through digital lead channels, cold calling, outbound customer engagement, and regular follow-ups. The role includes managing leads from initial contact to closure, maintaining customer relationships after onboarding, and supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through digital platforms, online campaigns, inbound inquiries, outbound calling, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.

- Make regular cold calls to prospective customers to identify requirements and create new business opportunities.

- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, explain products/services, and move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to improve conversion.

- Coordinate with internal technical, support,



and service teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.

- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and required details with customers as per business requirements.

- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned order booking and revenue targets.

- Maintain proper CRM updates for leads, calls, follow-ups, opportunities, closures, and customer interactions.

- Manage existing customers after onboarding to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities from existing customers.

- Handle customer queries, service concerns, and escalation coordination in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain robust customer relationships through regular engagement and proactive communication.
