Role & responsibilities

- Educate patients, attendants, and visitors about Narayana Health's digital services and mobile applications.

- Assist users in downloading, registering, and navigating digital health care applications.

- Promote adoption of online appointment booking, tele consultation, digital payments, online reports, and other digital health care services.

- Guide patients in creating and managing their digital health profiles.

- Resolve basic user queries related to app usage and digital health care platforms.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient onboarding to digital services.

- Track daily digital adoption metrics and maintain accurate records.

- Collect patient feedback regarding digital platforms and share insights for service improvement.





- Conduct awareness activities and engagement campaigns to increase digital platform utilization.

- Ensure excellent patient experience through timely support and skilled communication.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc. preferred).

- 0-1 year of experience in customer support, patient engagement, sales, operations, or digital support roles.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of smart phones, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
