We are looking for an experienced luxury real estate sales professional for an ultra-luxury project in Worli, Mumbai, with a ticket size of 100200 crore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of ultra-luxury residences to HNIs, UHNWIs, and prominent clientele.
- Leverage a strong network of high-net-worth buyers, investors, and channel partners.
- Manage high-value transactions and client relationships across the Worli and South Mumbai micro-markets.
- Develop market insights and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably handling 100 crore+ ticket sizes.
- Robust understanding of the Worli and South Mumbai luxury real estate markets.
- Established relationships with HNIs/UHNWIs and a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
