About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure for fintech and trading platforms. The role involves automating deployments, optimizing performance, and ensuring reliable operations across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
- Manage infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Helm.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes- and Docker-based applications.
- Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Ensure security, compliance, high availability, and performance optimization.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or Go.

Required Skills





- 8- 10 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS/GCP and hybrid infrastructure.
- Knowledge of monitoring, automation, and security best practices.

Good to Have

- Exposure to trading or low-latency systems.
- Knowledge of FIX protocol, Redis, Nginx, or performance tuning.
