We are expanding our DevOps leadership team and are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands on experience in on-prem infrastructure environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in infrastructure automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and high-availability systems, along with the ability to drive DevOps best practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-prem infrastructure environments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform / Ansible
- Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and system reliability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Handle performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Work closely with development and security teams
- Lead infrastructure strategy and DevOps best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with on-prem infrastructure
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Strong understanding of networking concepts
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Good scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Shell)
