Job Summary We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and networking.
- Understan to ding of Active Directory and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.




- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
- Relevant educational qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and IT systems. Provide support for Windows, Office 365, and Outlook.

Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network issues.

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.

Maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and IT assets.

Handle helpdesk tickets, remote support, backups, and IT security.

Required Qualification Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.)
