What you will do:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, macOS, MS Office, and daily-use applications.
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365/Outlook email accounts.
- Monitor and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity issues.
- Install and update antivirus software and ensure basic system security compliance.
- Provide remote and in office support to end-users for technical issues.
- Maintain IT asset records,



including repairs, upgrades, and inventory.
- Perform LAN/Wi-Fi support, IP configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Assist with data backup and restore (local & cloud-based).
- Manage user domain logins, accounts, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Coordinate with the IT team for escalations and new technology deployments.
- Work beyond regular hours during downtime, outages, or urgent technical issues.
- Perform additional IT tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

- Graduation or Diploma in IT / BCA
- Hardware & Networking certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint basics.
- Understanding of data backup and recovery methods.
- Knowledge of hardware & networking fundamentals.
