About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Provide in office technical support to clients.
- Handle Windows installations, updates, and basic networking.
- Maintain IT asset records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, and networking.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle client-site support.
- IT diploma/degree preferred; relevant hands-on experience is valued.
