Budget: 6–6.5 LPA

Working Hours: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM ( Swidish Shift)

Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer with strong English communication skills and 4–5 years of experience in IT support. The candidate will handle user queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support through calls, emails, and the ticketing portal.
- Log, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, printer, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access requests as per approved procedures.
- Resolve issues within defined SLAs and escalate unresolved incidents to the appropriate teams.
- Keep users informed about ticket progress and resolution.




- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Technical Support role.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Understanding of incident management, service requests, escalation procedures, and SLAs.
- Solid troubleshooting, customer service, and coordination skills.

Qualification Graduate or diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
