We are looking for an experienced Design Manager with solid technical expertise in interior design, space planning, layouts, drafting, and working drawings. The candidate should have hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software, along with the ability to manage design deliverables and coordinate with project execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop interior design concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, and detailed working drawings for commercial interior projects.
- Prepare and review floor plans, ceiling layouts, partition drawings, furniture layouts, and construction details.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings, measurements, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Projects, MEP, 3D Studio, and Procurement teams for design integration and execution requirements.




- Conduct site visits, verify measurements, and resolve design-related issues during execution.
- Manage and guide interior designers and draftsmen to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate approved design changes.
- Maintain drawing standards, revision control, and adherence to project timelines.

Note - Candidate must have similar experience into Corporate fitout projects into similar industry Candidate must be from Mumbai only and ready to travel to Lower Parel.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
