Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for integrated design outputs.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear design inputs.

- Review and proof-check architectural and structural drawings for accuracy and compliance.

- Identify clashes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure quality drafting standards.

- Guide draftsmen in preparing layouts, GFC drawings, and revisions.

- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and coordination documentation.

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD &
- MS Office (mandatory)

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- B.E in Civil

- 3–4 years of experience in design coordination and drawing review.

- Strong understanding of architectural & structural concepts.

- Positive communication, documentation, and team coordination skills.
