- Candidate will focus on Structure Design / Performance Establishment / Development / Project Management for residential Consumer Durable product categories like faucets, Smart Toilet, Shower Mixer, Air Cooler, Kitchen Chimney etc.
- The development role could get extended to other product categories also in future.
- He/ She will be responsible for developing new technologies, which could patent also.
- Should have the good knowledge about different types of materials like plastics / Sheet Metals
- Hand on experience in CAD s/w NX is a must
- Should be able to manage complete development cycle for completion of project.
- Responsible for product testing, product development process & validation as per international standard.
- Should have innovative approach & open minded to generate innovative patentable ideas.
- Study the consumer pain points, field failures etc. to upgrade the product reliability.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have an experience of 5~7 years in product designing in the domain of structure designing & should understand the complete development cycle.
- A good CFD simulation will be a excellent additional advantage.
- Understanding of overall working of home appliances is a must
