We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Planning (Mechanical) with expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for Thermal Power Plant, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Plan and track activities related to structural fabrication, piping fabrication, and structural erection.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.




- Identify critical activities, delays, and potential project bottlenecks.
- Support resource planning, productivity monitoring, and project milestone tracking.
- Maintain planning documentation and provide regular progress updates to project management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within Thermal Power Plant Construction, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Construction.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Practical understanding of structural fabrication, piping, and structural erection activities.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Valuable coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
