Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttar Pradesh, India.

The Deputy

Manager will support project planning and execution for runway and highway works, including monitoring progress, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants, and ensuring adherence to timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. This role involves preparing and reviewing reports, documentation, and project MIS, assisting in resource allocation, and contributing to risk identification and mitigation.

The Deputy

Manager will help implement process improvements, support compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and collaborate closely with senior management to achieve project milestones and early completion targets.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong project management and planning skills, including experience with scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring for infrastructure or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in site coordination and operations, such as working with multidisciplinary teams, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in project documentation, data analysis, and preparation of status reports and MIS.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, preferably in highway and runway construction, and an understanding of contracts and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or professional certification in project management will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in infrastructure, highways, or airport/runway projects, along with proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, demonstrate leadership potential, and maintain a robust focus on timely, high-quality project delivery.
