POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in fixture design, process improvements, and production optimization to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our manufacturing operations.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling to support fabrication and assembly operations.
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend/implement continuous improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.




- Optimize fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, bending, and machining to improve throughput and reduce rework.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and process validation.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing robust fabrication processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality systems.

REQUIREMENTS

- Educational Level: BE-Mechanical.
- Professional Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in fabrication & manufacturing engineering .
- Leadership Level: Individual contribution.
- Strong expertise in fixture/jig design and development .
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost-saving initiatives .
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
