Role summary :

You will be accountable for delivering the Energy.AI programme to scope, time, budget and quality. You will manage the client relationship day to day, lead multiple workstreams, and keep governance, reporting and commercial tracking in order.

Key responsibilities :

- Own the delivery plan, milestones and acceptance across workstreams (RAG and agentic, data platform, use cases, infrastructure).
- Run programme governance : weekly status reviews, steering committees, RAID logs and change control.
- Manage the client relationship and stakeholder expectations at operational and executive level.
- Track scope against statements of work, and manage budget, forecasts and resource plans.
- Lead team building and onboarding as vendor roles transition to internal staff.
- Ensure milestone evidence and documentation are ready for client acceptance and audit.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices with the Scrum Master.

Required experience and skills :

- 10+ years in IT,



including 5+ years managing delivery of software, data or AI programmes.
- Experience managing multi-team programmes (20+ people) with external clients.
- Robust budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and commercial awareness.
- Proven stakeholder management with senior client executives.
- Experience with Agile delivery and governance frameworks.
- Technical background sufficient to engage credibly with architects and engineers.

Preferred / nice to have :

- Delivery experience in oil and gas, energy or government sectors in the GCC.
- Data platform (Databricks, Azure) or GenAI programme experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing vendor-to-internal transitions.

Technology environment :

- Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint, Power BI, Excel financial tracking, PowerPoint for governance reporting.
