Sr delivery manager provides project planning, milestone management, scope management, financial management, change management, customer account Management across delivery of all Security Services projects. Lead IAM implementations involving customization, configuration, and development of solution integrations. Stakeholder management, ownership of project deliverables with process frameworks and methodologies.

The Delivery manager is expected to optimize resources utilization, budget, and solutions in order to achieve the on-time delivery of the roadmap.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery of all the projects in the organization.

Responsible for Project management using all SDLC delivery methodologies.

Responsible for successful project completion, successful handover and enhancing further opportunities.

Responsible for ensuring all implementation projects moved to a successive support projects

Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Must manage large-scale projects.

Should be extremely suave and adept in client stakeholder management.

Be able to present the status, risks, issues, etc. of this roadmap to executive leadership and also mitigate any roadblocks efficiently.

Help keep the team on track and ensure that projects meet specific standards at each stage of the process.

Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Responsible for Cost / Quality / Delay Deliverables Cybersecurity for allocated projects.

Maximize utilization of the resources and proactive upskilling based on future demands.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction(Executing CSAT survey).





Complete delivery team management.

Attrition optimization.

Qualifications:

Must have skills

12+ years of proven experience in a project/Delivery management role with minimum exp in business analysis.

Must have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.

Experience in managing team(s) following scaled-Agile approaches such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile, Development (DAD), or other Agile, Scrum, or other iterative frameworks at-scale.

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions. Working knowledge of all SDLC delivery models.

Excellent people and project management skills.

Robust communication and presentation skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in working in small scale organizations with large client.

Excellent skills in inducing productivity tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS projects etc.

Good to have skills

Previous exp handling Cybersecurity projects in BFSI, Ecommerce, Retail etc domains.

Knowledge on security frameworks such as COBIT.

EDUCATION

1. Engineering and MBA from reputed colleges; Engineering from CSE/ECE/EEE etc branches is preferred; MBA in systems, organizational management or IT business Management is preferred.
2. Any management program from reputed institutes such as IIMs is an added advantage.

Certifications Good to have - PMP, ITIL Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2, CISSP,
