We are looking for a sincere, punctual, and customer-friendly Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive for our Tumbledry laundry and dry-cleaning store in Jalandhar.
The candidate will be responsible for picking up clothes from customers and delivering cleaned and ironed garments safely and on time. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, handle customer orders responsibly, and maintain professional behaviour.
Candidates must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence. Fuel reimbursement will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up clothes from customers and deliver completed orders to their homes or offices.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery of garments.
- Handle clothes carefully and verify order details before delivery.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Update pickup and delivery details in the company’s system or records.
- Collect customer payments when required and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding orders, delays,
and customer requests.
- Maintain proper care of the delivery vehicle and garment bags.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and Google reviews.
- Follow delivery schedules and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of local areas and routes in Jalandhar is preferred.
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage; freshers can also apply.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for calls, Google Maps, and order updates.
- Honest, hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Fuel reimbursement provided by the company.
