We are looking for a caring, energetic, and responsible Part-Time Daycare Teacher / Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will work a dedicated 5-hour shift focused on ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall well-being of infants and toddlers. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing environment, implement engaging play-based learning activities, and maintain open communication with parents and the Centre Head.

Shift Timings (Part-Time)Candidates must be flexible to work either of the following 5-hour fixed shifts:

- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM to 07:00 PM / 08:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Child Care & Well-being: Take complete care of infants and toddlers, ensuring their absolute safety, comfort, and emotional well-being during your shift.
- Routine Management: Efficiently manage daily schedules including meals, nap times, hygiene, and routine care.
- Play-Based Learning: Conduct age-appropriate, play-based activities that stimulate early childhood development.
- Setting Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, organised,



and nurturing environment for the children.
- Observation & Monitoring: Track childrens behaviour, activities, and development throughout the day.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and coordinate closely with the Centre Head.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of preferred experience in a daycare center or preschool teaching setup.
- Education: Any Graduate with a qualification in ECCED (Early Childhood Care and Education), TTC (Teachers Training Course), or a relevant field is preferred.
- Core Personality: Patient, compassionate, highly responsible, and energetic with a genuine love for working with infants and toddlers.
- Key Skills: Strong understanding of child safety, hygiene management, and teamwork.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
