9-14 years in Leading data engineering workstreams that design and build Databricks and Azure-based data pipelines for client solutions

- Managing project planning, prioritization, and delivery across data integration, transformation, and validation efforts
- Guiding teams through development of data lake, data warehouse, and lakehouse architectures that support analytics use cases
- Reviewing solution designs for data modeling, performance tuning, query optimization, and database reliability
- Coaching team members on Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform implementation methods
- Translating business requirements into scalable data infrastructure and pipeline designs that support AI-enabled workflows
- Coordinating delivery across technical stakeholders to address data quality, security,



and operational issues
- Applying analytical thinking to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across complex data environments
- Supporting client-facing engagements by communicating technical progress, design choices, and delivery milestones
- Promoting responsible use of agentic AI, automation, and cloud data tooling in up-to-date data engineering solutions
