We are seeking an experienced Data Testing Engineer with expertise in ETL/ELT testing , data warehouse testing , API testing , and Python-based test automation . The role focuses on validating data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and testing APIs and data-driven applications.

Significant: This role requires experience in ETL/ELT testing , API testing , and Python-based automation . Java- or Selenium-only automation experience does not meet the requirement.

Mandatory Skills

- ETL/ELT and data warehouse testing
- API testing
- Test automation using Python, preferably with Playwright
- Good proficiency in Python programming

Primary Skills

- ETL/ELT, database, and data warehouse testing

- API testing using Postman / Rest Assured
- Basic knowledge of Kafka

Key Responsibilities

- Perform ETL/ELT and data warehouse testing to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Validate data pipelines, transformations, and data integrity using SQL.
- Design and execute API test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
- Perform manual and database testing as required.
- Identify, report, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to deliver quality solutions.
